7 days Return
- The customer can return the products free of charge within 07 (seven) days from the date on receipt of the goods. Provided that the goods are unused, with same tags, conditions, and full purchase invoice. By contact and get confirmation with us first.
- The customer takes own respond of all delivery fee or/and insurance and other fees for Return to HomeBase.
- If the customer does not notify within 7 days, we reserve the right not to return the product.
Not applicable of Return
- Display product, Product in Promotion, Clearance/Special Price product, product used Voucher or accumulated the point.
- Voucher, Coupon or discount code are not applied of Return policy
- The product has been received by customer more than 7 days.
- The Project order or wholesale order
- Pre-order products
- Special Made to Order products
- Audio Visual: Television, Stereo, CD player, DVD Player, Blu-ray and etc.
- IT Computer & Electronic: Computers, Mobile phones, cameras and etc.
- Products have a limited period of use.
The case of successfully Purchased and Paid. Homebase reserves the rights to not refund the price of products and services in Cash for every cases. HomeBase will refund you upon your payment method from date HomeBase receives and accept the customer’s request and Customer has accepted to take response on all payment transaction fee incurred for Purchase and Refund the order.
Homebase will refund an amount to customer by these following method and time to receive the Refund as following:
- Domestic ATM/ Internet Banking: Customers receive the refund into account within 7-10 business days (except SAT, SUN and Public Holiday)
- VISA/Master Card/JCB: Customers receive the refund into the card within 30-45 business days (except SAT, SUN and Public Holiday)
- E–Wallet: Customers receive the refund into E-wallet account within 7-10 business days (except SAT, SUN and Public Holiday). The refund status will be updated to your E-Wallet account.
